Terms and Conditions for the content of your profile
Girls Gone Game strives to ensure that all content on the site is appropriate.
Girls Gone Game reserves the right to change or delete profiles which do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, including profiles which contain any of the following:

• an inappropriate or offensive username
• explicit content or sexually suggestive material that violates the platform's community guidelines
• any content depicting activity that is illegal or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions
• content depicting any person who has not provided consent for the uploading and public distribution of the content
• direct or indirect references to prostitution, escort services, or any other form of human trafficking (such as expressing the intent of selling/buying any type of in-person services)
• any content involving or depicting minors
• advertisements or unrelated commercial content
• National Insurance numbers, addresses, phone numbers, or any other form of sensitive personal information that can be used to identify a person without consent
• offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content
• violations of other people's rights
• untrue or misleading content

By uploading content to Girls Gone Game, you agree and affirm that all persons depicted in the content were verified to be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of filming, that valid government identification documents and written consent from each person depicted are on file with the content; that all persons depicted in the content have provided written consent for the content to be uploaded to the platform, distributed publicly on and downloaded from the Internet; and that the content complies with these Terms and Conditions.

All content uploaded will be reviewed before publication to ensure the content is not illegal or otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Upon upload, the content will be reviewed for compliance. If the uploaded content is found to be acceptable, it will be approved for publication.

Terms and Conditions for pictures on your profile
Girls Gone Game reserves the right to reject or delete any picture on your profile which:

• contains logos, links, or references to other websites
• contains contact information
• depicts offensive, hateful, violent, threatening, or illegal activities
• is not of you
• contains nudity or other explicit content (private body parts must be covered)
• contains blank spaces (the picture must go edge to edge and be upright)
• is the property of someone other than you, or originates from another platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) without rights to use

Pictures uploaded to your profile must:

• be photographs
• be of you, recently taken, and you must hold the copyrights
• be of sufficient size and quality so you are easily recognizable

Pictures from professional photoshoots may not be sufficient for us to verify your profile. You may be asked to show a regular everyday picture or upload an additional verification photo.

In case you notice a picture that violates the Terms and Conditions, please use the reporting function.

Conditions for user behavior on Girls Gone Game
Girls Gone Game strives to ensure a safe and welcoming user experience. Please report any form of harassment, offensive content, or violations of these Terms of Use. Reports are handled by our moderation team; you will be put in direct contact with a member of our staff if needed.

Girls Gone Game does not provide escort or in-person services and distances itself from such activities. Girls Gone Game in no way supports escort, prostitution, or trafficking services that attempt to use the platform's name or reach. Profiles suspected of such misconduct will be investigated, blocked, or banned.

Any activity suspected of involving escort services, prostitution, or similar is not allowed and will, without warning, result in immediate deletion of the profile.

On Girls Gone Game, discussing "hourly rates" or "rate information" outside the platform's own pricing model (token tips, premium subscriptions, gallery purchases) is not allowed. Streamers monetize their work through the platform's built-in token economy and CCBill-processed subscriptions; soliciting payment outside the platform — including for in-person services — is prohibited and grounds for removal.

Profiles whose primary purpose is to sell pictures, videos, webcam shows, phone or Skype calls, or similar services performed outside Girls Gone Game's hosted infrastructure will be deleted without warning.

It is not allowed to send or forward messages containing explicit content, commercial advertising, harassment, or content prohibited by the Community Guidelines.
It is not allowed to forward chain letters or share contact information belonging to other people without their consent.
It is not allowed to pass on contacts or services to or on behalf of a third party.
Profiles whose primary purpose appears to be collecting email addresses to send advertisements or spam outside the platform will be deleted without warning.

On-platform vs. off-platform monetization. Members may tip streamers in tokens during live streams and purchase galleries / premium subscriptions through the platform's built-in payment flows. Off-platform money transfers between users (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, crypto wallets outside the platform's own crypto integration, etc.) are not supported and should not be solicited or facilitated through the site. This protects both members from scams and streamers from chargeback risk.

Any demand from a Girls Gone Game staff member MUST be followed. It is important to accommodate warnings or recommendations. Warnings will be issued if Girls Gone Game assesses a behavior to be a nuisance to other users, the site in general, or the platform's reputation. Ignored warnings may result in blocking or deleting the profile. Girls Gone Game may, at any time and without warning, delete messages or profiles if any of the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions are not met by the user.

Girls Gone Game reserves the right to review a profile's personal messages if the profile has been reported or if it is under suspicion of abusing the system or violating these Terms and Conditions. The content of the messages will remain confidential.

Girls Gone Game asks users to report profiles that, directly or indirectly:

• offer or request in-person services or money exchanges outside the platform's own token / subscription / gallery flows,
• imply that they engage in or contribute to escort or prostitution, since this is against our Terms and Conditions,
• transmit viruses or other malicious code,
• engage in online harassment, bullying, or intimidation toward other users,
• ask for or offer money upfront before meeting in person — including "sob stories" asking for money to pay bills, train tickets, and similar,
• solicit email addresses for advertising or spam, or ask to "meet" on other dating or chat sites where payment is required to talk.

Indemnification
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree to compensate Girls Gone Game, our management, employees, and representatives for all losses and damages including, but not limited to, reasonable legal fees incurred by your activities on Girls Gone Game, including violations of these Terms and Conditions or any allegations or complaints against you made by third parties. You must cooperate fully, as reasonably required, when contesting a claim.

Your safety

• Girls Gone Game does its best to keep the site safe, but cannot give absolute guarantees.
• Girls Gone Game advises all users not to share sensitive personal information — including personal data such as contact information, addresses, or bank account numbers — with other users.
• Girls Gone Game will never ask for your payment information except through the platform's own payment center (CCBill-processed).
• Girls Gone Game advises all users against giving money to people you do not know personally, even if you have exchanged several messages and phone numbers. Such requests are commonly used to defraud users, and recovered funds cannot be guaranteed.

Your membership is private and should not be used by anybody else. You will be held responsible for all activity on Girls Gone Game for which your password is used, including a third party's use of your password.
